For Strategy Sprints, engagements are typically 2-4 weeks. For Embedded PM, we recommend a minimum of 3 months, that's enough time to onboard, deliver meaningful outcomes, and ensure continuity. Project Rescue engagements are scope-defined, so the timeline depends on the project.
Transparently. We never overcommit. Each engagement has a dedicated PM with clearly defined hours. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you and suggest a start date that works — or refer you to someone we trust. Your engagement gets our full attention during your allocated time.
Planned absences are communicated well in advance. For longer engagements, we ensure documentation is always current so a brief absence doesn't create knowledge gaps. For critical periods (launches, migrations), we coordinate our availability around your timeline.

We keep it straightforward: 4 weeks' notice for Embedded PM engagements. Strategy Sprints and Project Rescue are scope-defined, so they run to completion. We always aim to exit on a high note with a proper handover, regardless of the reason.
We're remote-first, which is how most modern product teams operate. However, we're open to on-site work for specific events, kickoff weeks, workshops, or sprint planning sessions if the engagement calls for it. We discuss this during the proposal stage.
